Shipping across Peru and worldwide
Every tree is packed by hand so it arrives intact. Here are our delivery times and our shipping, exchange and return conditions.
Lima
Delivery in 1 to 3 business days. Shipping is free on orders over S/ 150; below that amount, the cost depends on the district and we confirm it before you pay.
Rest of Peru
We ship by agency or courier to every region in 3 to 7 business days, and share the tracking code as soon as the parcel leaves.
International shipping
We ship worldwide by international courier. Delivery usually takes 7 to 15 business days depending on the destination. Import duties or taxes are paid by the recipient.
Made-to-order pieces
Custom trees are made after the order is confirmed. We will tell you the workshop time (usually 5 to 10 business days) before you pay.
Exchanges and returns
If your tree arrives damaged, write to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the parcel and the tree, and we will repair or replace it at no cost.
Catalog trees can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery if they are in the same condition you received them. Custom pieces cannot be exchanged unless damaged in transit.
